Spell Resitance does not stack unless it specifically says it does. SR that stacks is VERY rare.

Define very good.
Its hard to find SR that will stop most of an enemies' spells, since most enemies that have caster levels usually have a fairly large number of them.

07-12-07, 06:31 PM SR as purchaseable by PC's is extremely effective against Wands, scrolls, and similar magic items.

It is near useless against monsters, because caster levels are almost always higher than what you can afford to purchase.

If you want to get good SR, you pretty much need to focus your entire build around it, starting with either race or Prestige Class. It is expensive.

With any number of caster level boosting items, this could go above a pixie's 15+1/level (though its not static).

If this is for the character with abominable wisdom, I believe there is a feat that lets you put Con to your Will save rather than your Wis.

No was more of a tweaking thing... just wasnt sure if it could be done...
