Are there any armor enchantments from Core sources that reduce ASF% on armor? The only one I can find is getting an item crafted out of Mithril, which reduces it by 10%...

My Mystic Theurge would loooove to be able to be able to cast in a chain shirt, or possibly something heavier ;)

i believe Book of exalted deeds is considered core now , if so then Twlight reduces ASF 10% so if you have +1 mithral twilight chain shirt there is no ASF.
if you take 1 lvl of spellsword you gain the ability to ignore 10% ASF so you could wear +1 mithral chain mail with no ASF.

The Book of Exalted Deeds is not considered Core.

Core = "minimal stuff needed to play."

Player's Handbook
Dungeon Master's Guide
Monster Manual.
+ any errata related to the above, including Sage Advice and the FAQ.

No other books. Not even the Psionics stuff on the SRD.

No core stuff reduces ASF, aside from Mithral.

I would however let someone use the enchantment from Exalted Deeds to do it.

Err.. ok, replace "Core" with "Official" :D

Best that I've found so far is blended quartz, from the Arms and Equipment Guide. -20% ASF (!), with only x2 weight.
