I am playing a game as a Fighter/Rogue and I am wearing M/W scale. The DM has ruled out mithreail as very very expensive and not readly available. I was wondering if there are any other matiral etc that I can use to lower the armour form Med to Light I Like wearing scale from a charachter concept but I would like to use some of my rogue abilitys like evession. Any thoughts Ideas?

Any material that did the same thing as mithrail should cost the same/be about as rare.

So I would go with Magic instead.
I believe there is a magical enchantment that does it also.

There's certainly nothing wrong with inventing a new armor, say "light scale", with the exactly same stats as a chain shirt.

I understand that but I like the Ac effect that I get from scale and would like to make it a light armour and as the DM has outlawed Mithrial and would probably outlaw any other special material as well I was hoping that someone new of an armour enchantment i abook or dragon article that dose the same thing.

Eh, I think you have a bigger problem.

If your DM outlawed mythril, I think he's going to nix any other ideas you have to lighten your armor.

It may just be me, but I think I see the symptom for the disease.

Mithrial exist but only dwarfs know about it and they have not put any on the market. I will try the halfweight from the underdark. I found it at crystal keep thought I am not sure about the psionc portion.

Use potions of mage armour in the meantime until you can access mithril?:P
It lasts 1hour/lv, so its not too difficult to have the mage cast it on you from time to time...

You could get that from a chain shirt just as well, you know.
