Gang,

Is there a magic property I could add to clothing/armour (armor) that will shrink and enlarge when I polymorphed? What about to weapons to match my size?

Maybe:

Adaptable: Armor automatically resizes for current wearer, allowing targets of spells like shrink or enlarge or polymorph to remain intheir armor. New form must be humanoid, with no extra limbs.
+1 enchantment value. No clue what spells/levels needed to create.

For the weapon:
Hmm... I thought I remembered either a weapon quality or specific weapon that changed length at wielder's will. It's not inthe SRD. Maybe I'm thinking the wrong system? Familiar to anyone?

What you're asking for essentially the same as the already existing Wild ability, except a bit broader in scope, applying to Polymorph spells (and friends), and also to be able to be put on weapons.

Personally, I'd put it at the same cost and not worry about it. However, to be fair, it probably should be higher. A +4 bonus, possibly.

At least, in the 3.0 DMG, it stated that a magic suit of armor would resize itself to fit any humanoid of medium or small size. Don't know about 3.5.

That's no longer the case. You need armor of the appropriate size (Small, Medium, or whatever). It (logically) still makes minor adjustments within a category, though. That's why a Half-Orc and a Dwarf can wear the same magic armor, although a Halfling might have a problem.

That's stupid. Then again, I believe the sizing change for weapons (human longsword no longer = halfling greatsword) is unnecessarily complicating BS as well.

Not a rule I'm going to bother to play with *shrug*

If you are playing a dwarf wearing armor and you are polymorphed into a black bear.... what could happen, you remain meduim size but you are animal, however the way a bear and dwarf are made-up body wise is pretty similar. Both have lager chests, arms and short legs. If you were wearing it when the spell was cast could it be allowed that the armor adjusts the few inches it needs to in fitting the new wearer?? There is no helmet OR gauntlets being worn by this dwarf at the time of the spell...

For weapons there was a weapon of Sizing, i think it was out of, 3.0 Faerun: Underdark, or guide too or something like that..

Yes Ruxpin, FR: Underdark has information on magical weapons that change size, called Sizing weapons. Pg 69 to be exact.
