| Oninotaki12-01-06, 02:15 AM | just a quick question, is arms and equipment guide 3.0 or 3.5? |
| Harem_Trained12-01-06, 02:29 AM | 3.0 |
| RavenDrake12-01-06, 08:51 AM | Most(not ALL, but most) of the items in it can still be used in 3.5 games, with a few caveats. 1. Newer Material: Anything reprinted in a 3.5 scource replaces any information you might find in the older book. 2. Altered Material: Anything which makes use of mechanics or rules that have changed signifigantly since 3.0 will be unusable, such as items which grant DR/+X since Damage reduction no longer follows the enhancement bonus grade, as well as items which improve or modify removed or altered skills like Wilderness Lore(now rolled together with survival) or Jump(since it was heavily modified in 3.5). |
| Oninotaki12-01-06, 11:20 AM | thanks for the quick answers guys. It being 3.0 explains the strange wording of horned helm. |
| Zumarai12-01-06, 12:56 PM | I do think the writers had a lot of fun with A&EG…maybe too much fun, as in high as a kite. |

| RavenDrake12-01-06, 02:08 PM | Yeah... that one is a little bit, Um, Quirky. I think the nagaika(from Masters of the Wild, a whip that has three pointed metal blades, similar to caltrops, woven into the leather along the striking portion) is slightly more realistic from a lethal damage whip point of view. |
| Green_eyes12-01-06, 03:20 PM | No way! Nagaikas never had any blades woven into them. I know (= Well, my grand-grandfather was a cossak and he showed me that thing. |
