new item I am designing, looking for idea on realistic cost and pricing

Artificer's Atlas
this 3' by 3' table's surface gleams like a mirror, when the command word is activated the surface creates a 3D illusion of the overview of the area around you as the lay of the land spell. Three times a day, a command word can be used to cast the find the path spell upon the image to map the safest and most direct route to a selected destination within the range of the lay of the land spell.
Spell required: Find the Path, Silent Image, Lay of the Land

I'd actually like to make a suggestion change for this item. Instead of a mirrored surface, there should be a fully textured map, like a massive birds-eye view of a globe, continent, etc. Focusing on one area of the map allows the spells inside to begin working.

This allows people who don't know the realm (planestravellers, anyone) to still use the map to start with.

actually what i meant in the description was the 3D illusion would be projected on top of the mirrir, and not meerly within it

I like the idea of a mundane looking map that becomes more real the more you focus on a location. Subtle and mysterious =)
