08-11-05, 08:36 PM Where can i find info on artificial limbs, I read some about them in the 2nd ed elves book but is there a 3rd ed source besides mongoose's guide to drow?

You forgot the Arm of Nyr (from Defenders of the Faith) which is available to good chars only. You can then reverse engineer up a non-good version by using the rules in the DMG for magic item creation (alignment restrictions decrease cost by 30%).

You can also check the Eberron board for the thread on artificial limbs (last I checked I saw them throwing around a standard, non-frills limb replacement for a measly 1000 gp).

So a replacement limb should be roughly equivelent time, effort and money as regenerateing the lost limb.
