Assassains Poisoning Blades [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-19-05, 02:32 PM Im new to this game and I dont know a lot of the rules, but it says in the assassain guide that they can poison their blades but I can't find what kind of poisons there are or how much damage they do can anyone give me a link or something for this? Thanks for any help and sorry if this is a stupid question.

11-19-05, 02:49 PM Oh sorry, I never got that book all 3 were to expensive so all i got was the players manual, do you know any sites that have the poisons listed? Thanks for the help.

Edit: DMG is dungeons master guide right?

11-19-05, 03:07 PM The System Reference Document (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=d20/srdfaq/20040123c) has most of the rules from the Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, and Monsters Manual. Would the posting of the injury poisons count as too large a part? Anyway, I'd use drow poison (DC13/1 min unconcious/2d4 hours unconcious/70 gp), or else gaint wasp poison (DC 18/1d6 dex/1d6 dex/210 gp), large scorpian poison (the same for str/200 gp), or purple worm poison (DC 24/1d6 str/2d6 str/700 gp).
