This is a multi-part question.
1) What is the actual breakdown of the price and cost to create an Assassin's Dagger? Is it a +3 total Enchancement or is it a +2 Enhancement with an additional 10,000 gp ability??
This is something that has not really been discussed as far as I can see.

2) If it is a +3 total Enchancement, does that mean that the +1 DC to Death Attack is a +1 Equiv. Enhancement?? What is the Equiv. Enhancement to get a +2 DC, +3 DC...+5 DC to a Death Attack.

3) If the +1DC is an additional 10,000gp ability, what is the price for .....+5 DC to Death Attack??

There is no breakdown. They had the opportunity to make it as an add on to a enchantment and choose NOT to do that. It is a set item, take it or leave it, per the core rules. But I, like many other people, would let you do it.

2) Yes, you are in effect getting a +1 DC for a +1 magic enchantmen. It is not +1 DC for 10,000 gp, it is +1 magic weapon enchantement that effectively grants +1 DC.

This is a magic weapon, not a wonderous item, and more importantly it is a magic weapon enchantment directly related to damage/killing using an attack.

3) In many games, you would not be allowed to simply stack on additional +1 DCs. That said, this is what I would expect:

Strict Game: Not allowed to make a +2 DC version at all.

Loose Game/Power Game: If you want a +5 to the DC, it will cost as a +5 enchantment: Assains Dagger, +2 to hit, +5 to DC: 98,302 gp.

Anything Goes Game: Sure, let's pretend 10,000 is fair, so call it 50,302 gp.

Personally, the 10,000 gp idea seems low to me and I lean toward the idea that +1 DC = +1 Enchancement and +2=+2, etc..., because it demonstrates a scaling price as the ability increases. That idea is a much more balanced approach.

So...does someone have a more OFFICIAL approach or should we accept this idea as pretty darn close to OFFICIAL???

So...is everyone in agreement that the Assassins Dagger is a +2 Enhancement bonus plus a +1 Special Ability of +1 DC to Death Attack??

That would make a +2 DC to Death Attack a +2 Special Ability!!

I know someone likes playing Assassins, c'mon join in and spread the word...let show the world how kool Assassins are!
