Deviston 02-14-05, 01:11 PM	Pulled this idea from a Xbox game named Fable. It is a ring or cloak or some other type of clothing that is enchanted with Assassin's Rush. At will, the wearer (( only an Assassin )) can appear behind a taget within 10ft at the cost of a caster spell level (( dont know )) or (( dont know )) hit points. If I can get some ideas, or even a ?/day number would be fine, help me refine this, thank you all. Oh, and would the travel be through the Ethereal or Astral Plane . . . or not?
charlatan7373 02-14-05, 02:57 PM	Sounds like a similar effect as cape of the mountebank (D&D DMG 3.5), but useable at will as opposed to a limited number of times per day. Such a power would seem at least minor artifact level imho, without a huge drawback. Maybe something like -4 temp Str damage per use? Or to follow on your thought of HP damage, I think you would need to consider it in terms of a percenatge of total hp. Good luck
