| Koro7610-12-07, 03:44 PM | I have a warlock with above average dex (+1 or +2 off hand) who, whevever i play him, i cant seem to hit anything (I blame my dice. LOL) So i have been looking for a way to purely raise my attack bonus through enchantments. The obvious solution is simply buying gloves of dexterity, but at the higher levels they become very expensive. As a result, im looking for something that raises my touch attack bonus for my eldrich blast while not effecting anything else, hopefully resulting in a much lower purchasing price. I have concidered permanency-ing magic fang onto my hands, but im not sure if that will effect the ranged touch of my spell-like ability. Also, please tell me in which book i can find such an enchatment. |

Nothing magical comes to mind other than that. actually, IIRC, it has come up before that (touch) and (ranged touch) are valid choices as well. Edit: On page 72-73 it states that ranged spells (which is all ranged touch spells, including rays) and Touch spells are both valid choices for this feat. While you could take weapon focus(ray) there's no reason to when you're allowed to take weapon focus(ranged spells) because that includes rays and hurled missiles. It also includes spells that generate effects that generate spells that act like ranged weapons, and not ranged touch attacks, and it gives the example of fire shuriken. |
