Ok so im making an Arcane Archer and i wanted to know if theoretically I had a +5 Composite Longbow with +5 arrows and had the total +5 from the Arcane Archer class...would all of those bonuses stack or would i only take certain ones?

Generally, you take only the best (+5 in this case). Note however, the arcane archer's ability makes the arrows magical, so you take the better of the ability or the arrows' magic. The archer in question could turn a +4 arrow into a +5, but they couldn't turn a +5 into a +10.

I think its a 3.0/ 3.5 change, that magic bows and magic arrows don't stack.

For instance, a +1 flaming bow firing +3 shocking arrows would hit with +3 flaming shocking projectiles.
