No, but remember that you can't make a 5ft step in the same round you charged.

03-19-05, 10:23 AM But remember, a flat-footed character can't take an attack of opportunity (unless that character has the Combat Reflexes feat). So if you're charging someone with reach, he only gets an AoO on you if he's already acted.
