Is there any changes to the way you can attack someone if they are on horseback? Assuming your not attacking the horse of course.

i think you might get a -1 for attacking somebody higher up than you, but thats about it.

You can attack them.
They get a +1 to attack you if their mount is larger than you are (PHB).

risner's got it. They may have the high ground advantage against you, but high ground doesn't work in both directions.

Your best bet is to use a weapon that can Trip to dismount them or kill the mount (as they tend to be weaker).
