Augmenting your Wands. [Archive] - Wizards Community

09-08-04, 07:19 PM I plan on playing a wand-wielding Artificer soon (from Eberron book).

I've seen mentioned 2 items of worth:

1) Bracer of Wands
2) Wand Sheath

The Wand Sheath is in the Eberron book - pg. 269 - and is right up my alley! Although I cannot find the Bracer of Wands, which supposedly holds about 5-6 wands in it. It may even be in a Dragon magazine. any one have information on it?

09-09-04, 07:09 AM wand bracer is from a dragon magazine featuring Gnomes and thier magic, it also had an article on the PrC Gnomish Trickster,IIRC it was about 3-4 years ago 2001-2002

09-09-04, 10:43 AM Also, look at the FRCS.... it has ideas for (extremely expensive) using gems to boost the effects of the wands. Basically like +1000gp for +1 DC or +1 caster level, or +5000gp for +2 DC or caster level.
