| Xabre05-20-06, 12:07 PM | If I remember correctly, Aurorum is one of the metals in Book of Exalted Deeds. The metal basically 'heals' itself. I'm not going to ask for all of the specifics, as that would be breach of all the rules... but I do have a couple questions. 1) How much does it cost, in comparison to normal armor materials? 2) Is it 1 pt per minute? per round? per hour? I can't remember it's speed of repair. 3) Lastly... if it were used to construct a golem or homuculus... would it basically grant fast healing or similiar? I'm dying to try creating some Iron Defenders out of Aurorum for my Artificer... Thanks in advance. |

So if your Aurorum sword is sundered, you can spend a "secret" amount of time putting it back together, and it'll be god as new. It's sorta like regeneration lets you reattach body parts. It doesn't heal the weapon of damage, though that would make sense. EDIT: I'm not sure I'm supposed to say this, but... 1 - Cost: +4000 for a weapon, shield or armour. Other items aren't listed at all. 2-It's PINK. You really aren't going to get any respect with your Pink Vorpal Bunny-Bane Sword. 3-"Secret"= full-round action. |
