BAB and Two weapon fighting? [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-29-07, 12:33 AM I will be playing a Ranger with TWF combat style, and do not fully understand how the BAB is applied to my attacks? At level 16 i will have 4 main hand attacks and 3 off hand attacks. If im useing a light weapon in off hand and i have no Str bonus or magic bonus will my attacks be as follows?

First main hand +14
First off hand +14
Second main hand +11
Second off hand +11
Thrid main hand +6
Third off hand +6
Fourth main hand +1

So am i doing this right for a 16th level ranger or did i do this wrong? and what am i doing wrong?

06-29-07, 01:09 AM Almost right- the -2 penalty for two weapon fighting applies to all attacks.

It goes like:
Main hand:+14/+9/+4/-1
Off hand:+14/+9/+4

You got the first attacks right but here are the correct numbers for the other attacks.

Second main hand +9
Second off hand +9
Third main hand +4
Third off hand +4
Fourth main hand +1

You forgot to take the -2 off for the second and third attacks.
