First, I'm going to guess that you miss-typed your current gold and drop a zero off...

I think I'd look at Adamantine + Sundering on either a Greatsword or Greataxe whichever you prefer.

Costs:
Adamantine: +3000
+1 Sundering: +8000

Fyi, Sundering (http://www.dmreference.com/SRD/Psionic/Items/Psionic_Item_Descriptions/Weapons.htm) is from the Psi version of the d20 system. It grants you the ability to use the Improved Sunder (http://www.dmreference.com/SRD/Characters/Feats/Feat_Descriptions/Improved_Sunder.htm) feat. The material, Adamantine (http://www.dmreference.com/SRD/Equipment/Special_Materials/Special_Weapons_Materials.htm), allows you to cut through the Hardness of the weapon.

You're DM shouldn't have made the dragon have that much treasure, if it was weak enough for you to kill at 7th lvl... I mean, the total amount of money that you are supposed to have ever possesed in you're entire life at the end of 7th lvl is supposed to be like 1/6 of that or less...

Oh boy. Must be a powergame, huh?
Look at the stats!
Look at the gold at your level!
Oh yeah, weapon. Well, I have no advice to give you.
Yup, I'm about as useless as a carboard box on Christmas Day. :P

I like the marrowcrushing enchantment from the BoVD.
Its got a +3 cost and your weapon will deal 1 CON damage on each hit. No save.

Well, if you have 150K, id get some other items too. Like Belt of giant strength +4, (16000GP), maybe a horn of blasting too. It does 5d6 damage to anyone in a 40ft cone, which is good for surprise rounds (20000GP). Since your Con is kinda low, id invest in an Amulet of Health +4(16000GP).

But, if you are set on only a weapon, go for a +2 Shocking Throwing distance greataxe. It is a greataxe doing 1d12+1d6/x3 and has a range increment of 20ft. There goes 50000GP.

If you have a 150k at level 7, my 9th level rogue/assassin would like to know what region of the world you are in so I can hunt you down, kill you in your sleep, and loot your corpse :D

collision is always nice for weapons, especially ones that dont crit often. It does 5 extra damage each hit, which on average is higher than a flaming/frost/shocking weapon.

I say go Keen Greatsword plus at least one other "fun" ability on it, such as Wounding or one of the bursting abilities. With the crit range of 17-20, you should crit somewhat often.

Either way, just take a look at some of the special abilities (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/magic/weaponsps.shtml) and pick something that works with the flavor of your character the best.

You should know best what sort of creatures you'll be encountering better than any of us, so you should know what is most appropriate. In some campaigns ghost touch is crap and useless, in others it's invaluable. Same for any specific type of Bane weapon.

wow my lvl7 rogue has about 5,000gp

now to the question

you're a barbarian so i think you might prefer a greataxe and with that much money you could get a total of +8 greataxe with a couple thousand to spare so if you go with a +5 great axe I would suggest keen, throwing, and returning.
Dalthbar

I think a throwing/returning greataxe is a waste of +2 abilities.

1) Throwing only gives you a 10' range incriment
2) He's a barbarian - what barb will result to hurling his axes and not closing with his enemy?
3) He's level 7 - which means he has two attacks per round - throwing his axe wastes that benefit
4) He can easily carry a Trident for a "I need to throw something RIGHT NOW" weapon and close the next round

With a 10' range incriment, he's MUCH better off just charging in and doing damage when the creature's more than 10' away or having a "disposable" ranged weapon if he needs something. These are novelty abilities for a melee weapon and a waste on a primary weapon.

They're fun (and comical) - don't get me wrong - but a poor choice for your sole/primary weapon.

You'd be more effective if you spent some of that money on gear other than a weapon. You should browse through the DMG to find wonderous items. There's also a section on building weapons and armor. Off the top of my head, I'd suggest some strength boosting gloves or a belt (they don't stack), ring of protection, amulet of natural armor or health, cloak of resistance, handy haversack, boots of flying, and various ion stones. Mithril armor can take advantage of your dex with the maximum amount of protection, and heavy mithril armor counts as medium armor so you keep your barb abilities. I think there is also a shield enhancement that lets you use it hands free with your two hander.

Keen, Vorpal weapon with normally 18-20 critical range. If you roll 15-20 (30% chance), you one-hit kill any humanoid.

That's incorrect.

Vorpal

This potent and feared ability allows the weapon to sever the heads of those it strikes. Upon a roll of natural 20 (followed by a successful roll to confirm the critical hit), the weapon severs the opponent’s head (if it has one) from its body. Some creatures, such as many aberrations and all oozes, have no heads. Others, such as golems and undead creatures other than vampires, are not affected by the loss of their heads. Most other creatures, however, die when their heads are cut off. A vorpal weapon must be a slashing weapon.

Oh. I stand corrected.

And also, it seems that Vorpal is +5... I, for whatever crazy reasons, thought it was +2. Yeah, I know. "Something like vorpal (especially MY cheap version) for only +2??"

my suggestion was for attacking over a pit or chasm instead of jumping over,

a thrown weapon applies strength to damage and a greataxe does more damage than a composite longbow

If he goes the Leap Attack route, jumping over something is a perfect excuse to do some serious damage.

Beyond that, it's an edge case that, unless you have a DM with a fetish for bottomless pits, likely won't happen anywhere close enough to burn the +2 on.

Like I said - it'd be a fun and novell weapon to have if it's dropped by a BBEG you kill, but it seems a waste as a primary weapon.

Mmm, +3 explosive speed glaive. An extra attack with each attack dealing an extra 2d4 damage (untyped) to the target and all adjacent creatures (which isn't you cause you have reach) makes good use of Cleave and Great Cleave. Explosive comes from Complete Warrior. That's only a 128,308 gp. If you want more you can throw in brutal surge, caustic surge, and flaming surge from the DMG2 for an extra 6,000 gp.

Yes, you should probably go for some other stuff. Reduce the enhancement bonus on the glaive and buy yourself an amulet of health, a mithral breastplate, and some boots of striding and springing
