As far as I know you can't increase your BAB other than leveling. But it is not difficult to raise your attack through other options but you've been a member for around a year so I'm assuming you know those ways.

correct. I was wondering for "PrC" qualification if there was another way to increase BAB that I can't think of other than say a "wish" spell or divine intervention.

The *only* way to increase your base attack bonus permanently is through levelling.

The *only* spells that actually change your base attack bonus are Divine Power and Tenser's Transformation, the former of which can be easily Persisted through Divine Metamagic.

The methods mentioned in post 2 increase your total attack bonus, not your base attack bonus.

There's also a prestige class from Complete Warrior called the Warchanter, which can temporarily raise the BAB of everyone in the area with its 10th level song. Not the sort of thing you can just grab, but it's something.

There's a power from the Mind's Eye column that did much the same thing as Tenser's Transformation, increasing your BAB to +1/level and giving out enhancement bonuses to physical ability scores in exchange for temporarily making you unable to manifest powers.

The Master of the Unseen Hand's Telekinetic Wielder gets a BAB of caster level plus casting stat when using telekinesis to wield a weapon. Alas, since the ability to make a telekinetic full attack isn't actually based on this specified BAB, I don't actually see any relevant value in a level 20 Wizard technically having a BAB of +32 when making a single attack. I suppose zie could power attack for a whole lot, but that's all that comes to mind.

The short answer it there is no way beyond leveling that will permanently increase your BAB. Just like maximum skill RANKS, a character's BAB is always based on Level and is why it is one of the primary things used in a PrC's Prerequisites.

Some DMs may allow less permanent methods of gaining an ability to meet prereqs but I'd generally recommend against that.

There are absolutely no (zero/none) ways to gain BAB without gaining class levels.

Spells can not be used to raise a BAB for the purpose of gaining levels in a PrC. The only way wish could raise you BAB is to convert your class levels from a half BAB or 3/4 BAB class to a full BAB class.

By that you are seeking to increase number of attacks or making it easier to score a [normal] hit?

Once the character is made it will not help but if you make your character with some racial HD you will get some more BAB though it is likely best to just get levels for BAB in the long run.
