I've noticed that the Rapid Shot feat says that the extra shot you get is at your full base attack bonus. If you're fighting with two weapons does your extra attack with the off hand weapon get your full base attack bonus? I've looked in the rulebooks and online and I can't find a definitive answer one way or another. I know you get big penalties (reduced if the offhand weapon is light and with Two Weapon Fighting feat) for fighting with two weapons, but I've found nothing saying whether or not the off hand attack gets base attack bonus.

All attack bonuses start with your BAB. Rapid Shot and Haste explicitly say "at full BAB" to make sure people don't think it's an extra iterative attack and, for Rapid Shot, to make it clear how it interacts with the additional -2. TWF doesn't explicitly say, but it does say that you get an extra attack with your off-hand weapon at a -X (varies depending on situation) penalty, plus suffer a separate -Y penalty to your attack or attacks with your primary hand.

So yes, always start with BAB and then start accumulating bonuses or penalties. Some mods will apply to all attacks (eg Str, Rapid Shot penalty) while others will only apply to specific attacks (iterative attack penalty, TWF penalties).

sounds like you are doing TWF + Rapid Shot on thrown weapons.

You get 3 attacks at (full BaB -4), + any applicable iterative attacks from BaB.

So, BaB of +7, using both feats w/ thrown daggers (assuming you have quick draw too) Results in 4 attacks: +3/+3/+3/-2 (plus ability modifiers)

Nah, I'm not combining them. I just pointed out the case with Rapid Shot because the extra attack in exchange for attack penalty was similar to fighting with two weapons.
