08-28-05, 12:15 PM		What would be the enhancement bonus for the following:

Armor and shields enchanted with this enhancement make spell casting easier. These armors have their Arcane Failure chance reduced by 10%.

I'm thinking a +2 bonus.

What would be the base spell as well.
