I've created a weapon that does not exactly fit the historical use of bearded axe, but meh, it's better than nothing:

Bearded axe
Exotic one-handed weapon
15 gp, 1d10, 20/x3, weight 7 lbs, slashing
The bottom of the blade of this axe narrows to a downward hook to pin the opponent’s shield and pull it out of the way of the attacker. On a successful disarm check against the opponent’s shield (for this purpose, bucklers and small shields are light weapons, large shields are one-handed weapons and tower shields are two-handed weapons), the opponent does not get its shield bonus against the axe wielder’s next attack. The shield is not really disarmed, but simply pulled off of the way.

Yes, I do know that it is better than a dwarven waraxe, but bastard weapons are weak anyway. Anyway, encounters against humanoids (and ones with shields) get rarer as you go up in level.

If you were more looking for a one-handed axe that be thrown (more a fransisca if you ask me), just make it a slashing trident.

There's bearded axe in "From Stone to Steel", a great book from MonkeyGod Enterprises that has very large selection of historical weapons. The stats are:
Large Martial Weapon, 9 gp, 2d4, 20/x3, 9lbs, slashing

And I'm stealing this for my game. Thanks ;)
