Beholder Magic Iems [Archive] - Wizards Community

03-09-08, 05:17 AM So, my party just slayed a true beholder. Afterwards we collected the eyes in hopes ov making some cool magic items out ov them. Any ideas? We have a very accomplished artificer in the party, and we are in Ebberon so we have a handful ov various shards as well. Anyone else done this before?

03-09-08, 05:31 AM How about a Beholder Crown (20,000gp MIC), made from real Beholder?

I would also see if you could talk the DM into allowing you to use the eyes as components in crafting normal things, like maybe substituting for a spell you don't have to make a Wand with that spell, or reducing the costs for crafting Wands of the spell that the eye replicated (in life).

03-09-08, 01:56 PM Ask the DM if you can get the eyes grafted to your head, and then just run around Sharn blasting anyone for any reason (is wearing a red shirt, knew that guy in High School etc)
