Belt of Battle allows extra move, standard or a full round action depending on charges used.

If someone uses the BoB to get a extra move action, do they get to still make a Full round attack.
I ruled no under, you only can 5 foot step to make a full round attack. Yes/No?

If they move take a standard action to attack then use the BoB to get another standard action to get another attack, both at full BAB. Yes/No?

They also can make a full round attack 5 foot step use the BoB to make another full round attack. Yes/No?

They could use the belt to make 3 move actions and run away really fast. Yes/No?

can you cast multiple spells with BoB..2 standard action ones...2 1 round ones. Yes/No?

I believe this is the correct use. But someone in the group suggested that normal action rules apply and that you don't get extra attacks just extra actions. This seemed silly since it is called the Belt of Battle

Also could 2 or three people respond to this post, even if the first one is correct. Thank you

You should be able to use those extra actions for whatever you want, so long as they are valid uses of said actions. e.g. no attacks as a move action, no full attacks as a standard action, etc.

True. I don't have my MIC here at work, but that matches what I recall.

If someone uses the BoB to get a extra move action, do they get to still make a Full round attack.

Yes. IF they use the belt to get the extra move action FIRST, they still have a full-round action left. Or they could make a full attack, and then use the belt to get a move action (but they can't use the move action to move a distance if they did a five foot step during the full attack). But what they can't do is make some part of a full attack, move in the middle of it, and then finish the full attack.

I ruled no under, you only can 5 foot step to make a full round attack. Yes/No?

You can certainly rule that way due to rule 0. But the limit is stated the other way around, that is, you can't five foot step if you performed any other movement. USUALLY if you use a move action to move any distance, you only have a standard action left to attack with and thus can't full-attack. Here's what the SRD says about full attack (bolding mine).

The only movement you can take during a full attack is a 5-foot step. You may take the step before, after, or between your attacks.

The belt isn't letting you move DURING the full attack, it's letting you move BEFORE or AFTER.

If they move take a standard action to attack then use the BoB to get another standard action to get another attack, both at full BAB. Yes/No?

Yes. They're simply using the standard action granted by the belt to duplicate the standard action they used to attack with.

They also can make a full round attack 5 foot step use the BoB to make another full round attack. Yes/No?

Yes, if they use the belt to get a full action, since they haven't used a move action to move any distance.

They could use the belt to make 3 move actions and run away really fast. Yes/No?

Yes

Can you cast multiple spells with BoB..2 standard action ones...2 1 round ones. Yes/No?

Depends on the the spell(s). If you cast something instantaneous, or something that requires only a standard action, sure. If you cast something won't take effect until next round, that requires you continue concentrating on it until it goes off, so you couldn't do two of those. But you could cast something that's a standard action, have it go off, and then cast a full-round spell that won't go off until your next round.

I believe this is the correct use. But someone in the group suggested that normal action rules apply and that you don't get extra attacks just extra actions. This seemed silly since it is called the Belt of Battle

I agree with most of what Slimgauge said above except on the following:

They could use the belt to make 3 move actions and run away really fast. Yes/No?

If I recall correctly you need to spend a swift action to activate the Belt so once could only gain one extra action (of whichever type depending on charges expended) per turn. They could however use two full rounds worth of the Run action, expending all the belt's charges to run twice in one round if speed were their goal.

Yes, so long as the spells use the right number of actions that the player ends up with after using the belt:

Note: They'll never manage three spells (unless their are some random "move action to cast" spells I'm forgetting) with the Quicken spell feat, as they expend their swift action to activate the belt.

2 standard action spells; costs 2 charges and leaves the PC their move action.

1 standard + 1 full round spell; costs either 2 or 3 charges depending on if they need to move or not (2 for a standard aciton on top of a normal full round spell, or 3 for a full round action after moving and using a standard action).

2 Full round spells; costs 3 charges, no other actions.

I agree with most of what Slimgauge said above except on the following:

Sorry, I mis-interpreted the question. I took it to be "Can you end up with three move actions in your round with one use of the belt?" rather than "Can you end up with FIVE move actions in one round by using the belt more than once in the same round ?". You certainly can't use the belt to add three move actions to your existing full round action (used to Run). But you could use the Run action as your existing full round action and then add either a move action (one charge) or another full-round action (three charges) and use it to Run again.
