Do I lose the belt special ability if I become a lv 3 stoneblessed (dwarf) since my character will become a human/dwarf?

Since you count as a dwarf you would loose some (but not all of the abilites).

You loose:

60 ft Dark vision, Stonecunning, +2 con, and +2 save VS spells.

You would keep all the other benefits of the belt.

If you become a dwarf you essentially lose nothing (but gold). The effects of the belt are basically a trumped down version of the dwarf's racial abilities, except that the belt gives resistance bonuses to saves rather than a racial bonus (racial bonuses are better).

You would, technically, lose all effects of the belt that are granted only to nondwarves, but being a dwarf would give you those, anyway.

So, in short, it's just a waste of money. ;)

Thank for the info. I wasen`t sure because of the sample character of the Prc.

By the way, the Belt of Dwarvenkind wasen`t a waste of money if I got it for free for saving the dwarves from a orc attack. ;)
