Ok I saw an item in one of my books the other day but now I can't seem to find it.

It was a belt with several pockets and behind each pocket was supposed to be 1 or 2 extra dimensional spaces of holding. The belt I believe had like 21 pockets total I think it was 7 on the surface and with the 2 hidden behind each that'd be 21.

I also remembering store an item was supposed to be a free action with a command word for the extra pockets.

Anyone know what this was out of? I have most of the 3.5 library with several 3.0 books and since only a few are still on my shelf I don't have a clue which one it was...

Sorry for the post on this but I'm not aware of any magic item listing...

Also, the Belt Of Many Pockets in Complete Arcane. 8 apparent pockets, each of which had another 7 behind them, for a total of 64 pockets (8x8=64). Each pocket is a 1'x1' extradimensional space.

I had a character with one, and he only ever filled about 40 of the pockets.

I had a character make a variant of this. As standard, each pocket can carry 1'x1' or 10 pounds max. In my variant, one of the pocket had only one pocket capable of carrying up to 70 pounds or a 1'x7' space. Just like in the standard version, the wearer of belt only has to think about what they want to take from the pocket for it to appear at the top for them so they don't have to go fishing around for it. This made it easier to carry bulky items like certain weapons for the fighters or the odd sized bit of loot.
