best misprint ever.... [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-09-07, 12:41 PM i was looking through my sandstorm book and went through the equipment on page 96 and happend to notice that they misprinted the damage of a scropion tail whip as 1d43 lol... just thought you guys would enjoy that.

I think polyhedrons have to have an even number of sides to be regular, though. :)

06-10-07, 11:51 AM Not that great, but in the Complete Adventurer, on page 168 in the Daggerspell Gaurdians "Lore of the Guild" section, the second sentence mispells the word daggers by putting a w on the end- daggersw.......

Also, the Vigilante get like 20 spells at level 3 =)

06-10-07, 03:14 PM oddly saw, so do I. I don't consider it misbalanced either, except in really high stat games. Oh we are starting a 18000xp with 2 18s, 2 16s, and 2 14s (oh okay, I'll buy off a level of tiefling)

I was the first in my group to ever notice this, this in my opinion is much funnier than the Dawizard or the Psionics thing, since that actually sounds believable. However we all have different opinions.

06-10-07, 07:42 PM Actually, this misprint isn't that signifigant... they simply failed to put the 3 in superscript(to indicate it deals non-lethal damage) in that line...

Really, though, all you'd have to do is roll a d84 (or D66 for small) and then halve the value. :D
