Best Way to Prevent Dispelling? [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-25-05, 11:30 PM I am currently playing a battle cleric and I am trying to minimize any weakness to him. The biggest threat I currently have seen and been through is getting my buffs dispelled. What are some things I could do, cast, or buy to help prevent this from happening? Thanks for the help, if you can help me with this my guy will be a real hornets nest for the DM.

06-26-05, 12:01 AM a ring of counterspelling with dispel magic (or greater dispel magic, if you're high enough level to need it).

anything that increases your CL. i believe the orange ioun stone will do that. a bead of karma will do that briefly... useful for your long duration buffs. hmmm... that's all i can think of off the top of my head.

but mainly the ring of counterspelling.
