I plan to play a Paladin Kensai in the (somewhat) near future, and I wondered what kind of weapon qualities I would apply to my sword... (longsword)

- Blessed (from Book of Exalted Deeds) would totally be in it. Probably the first in, after the original +1

- Maybe Holy..?

Any of you have good suggestions?

It depends on what your attack bonuses are like.

If you hit most creatures anyway, you want as much bonus damage as possible (Holy and all the energy effects).

If you fight the same type of creatures a lot, Bane is a "must have" and gives both +2 to hit and +2d6+2 damage for the cost of a +1 bonus.

If you have trouble hitting, strait + bonuses will help the most.

Valorous
Wrathful Healing
Wounding/Greater Wounding/Marrowcrushing
Bane
Keen(if you use Blessed, then Keen is not useful)
Magebane
Holy
Blessed
Surestriking
Metalline

These are on the top tier, imo.
