Better Grappling [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-09-07, 04:51 PM I'm sure I'm not the only one thats thought this but I am looking for a better grappling system than the one presented in the 3.5 rules. Has anyone found one that works well but not unwieldy?

Ultimately, there's always something wrong with any alternative grappling system. Your best bet is to stick with the official rules and make minor tweaks to your fancy. Just remember -- even the smallest tweak could drastically imbalance the game.
