Ok, simple question, might not have a simple asnwer, because it's kinda stumped me:

monks at lvl 20 do 2d10, and a d10 dice upgraded is a 2d8, so if a Large monk is lvl 20, does he do 4d8 (2d8 + 2d8) now?

This could also be applied to improved natural attack questions i guess, bit u really just wanna know it for the large size issue

Short answer: Yes.

Slightly longer answer: The PHB lists monk unarmed damages for small and large monks. A large monk at 20th level does 4d8 damage. Thus, a 20th level medium monk with Improved Natural Attack will also do 4d8 damage.

yes.

2d10-->4d8-->6d8

Monks are huge fans of size increasing. In fact ta lvl 20 when they become outsiders, items of polymorph that get them huge size along with humanoid shape are lovely.

I'm personally a fan of shifter of changeling monks, using warhshaper, Fanged Ring (essentially INA, in item form), and Skin of Proteus to get 12d8 base damage as a huge creature.

to make it clear, you use Monk's Belt (and Superior Unarmed Strike, if you must) to get the base damage to 2d10. Warshaper increases the size of a natural attack of your choice (your unarmed strike qualifies), so 4d8. INA, 6d8. 2 size changes to a Huge Treant, 12d8.

I always wanted to try a stone giant monk, but they have huge racial HD and LA, so not worth it.

They might be worth it if their racial HD didn't suck so bad.

I mean, honestly, just about the only racial HD worse than giant is humanoid, and not even by much (if at all).

And for the record, a half-ogre monk will do fine. See if you can get the shapechanger subtype (or a decent alternate form) somehow, though, for warshaper... trust me, it's worth it and in spades for a monk, as it boosts Strength, Constitution, unarmed strike damage, REACH, and gives you fast healing 1, all in 4 levels.

What source can Superior Unarmed Strike be found in?
