Bladed Armor [Archive] - Wizards Community

12-03-05, 01:58 PM I'm building a Dwarve fighter with the reach weapon/spiked armor combo, and i thought that remebered seeing something about an armor upgrade better than spikes. i think it was bladed armor, but it was a couple of years ago. anyway, if anyone can tell me where it is/what it does/ anything else about it, i would really appreciate the help.

btw, i think it required EWP to use properly, if that hepls.

12-03-05, 02:06 PM I don't know about bladed armour but there are armour razors, which mechanically are exactly the same in weight and cost as armour spikes, but do slashing damage instead of peircing.

12-03-05, 02:55 PM i dont think that was it, bit ill have to try to find it. i really thought they did more damage while in a frapple than spikes, but i just dont remember that well.

12-04-05, 03:27 AM Races of the Wild has Netcutter spikes. There were also bladed gauntlets in some 3.0 books, but they were badly balanced.
