Dwarf Axe Bucklers and the Gnome Tortoise shield (Complete with blade) are in Complete warrior, I think. It's that or Races of Stone.

For rules, you'd have to enchant each aspect of the shield (blade and shield) seperately.

So, a spiked shield which have a +1 magic bonus for attacks and a +2 magic bonus to shield AC would cost (2,000 + 4,000) 6,000gp on top of the cost of masterwork versions of both elements.

The Forgotten Realms book Underdark has rules for razored shields, though they are just shield spikes that deal slashing. Nothing special.

Oh ok thanks. I'll look into that. A page number would be nice.

I was going to suggest just making a slashing version of shield spikes. Usually when people are asking for a new weapon, it's easiest to change the damage type of an existing one, rather than make one up or search for one in another book.
