iv got the old 3.E book and playing from it.
On sertain spells and items, like holy water, greater bleassed weapon and other, it says this:
"The weapon is considered blessed, and has special effect on certain creatures." I cant seem to find what effect it has on the creatures, and what creatures it is talking about. I woud maybe think it has the bless spell, so the allies where affected, but since holywater also has the same sentence, and it sais "creatures" i recon it has to be some psycologic or damaging effect to foes!
Hope somone can help!

It is implying it bypasses DR/good. It doesn't give you the Bless spell, but instead makes your weapon Holy. Kinda like a weak version of Align Weapon.

The only easy way to kill a Rakasha is with a blessed crossbowbolt or arrow. Not just good aligned, but Blessed.

There are a handful of creatures that have special weknesses to "blessed" weapons in 3.0. THe Rakahsa is one. The rest are pretty much demons/devils. Look under the individual creature's description.
