As we all know, an blinded creature has a 50% miss chance assuming he attacks in the right square.

As we also all know, a ghost has a 50% chance to be unaffected by certain attacks. As written, this is not a concealment bonus (which would not stack with other concealment).

What happens when a blinded creature attacks in a square occupied by a ghost?

You roll twice. A Blind creature treats incorporeal creatures as invisible (50% miss chance). If the attack is from a corporeal source then you roll the d% again checking to see whether or not it's effective. They are seperate chances that your attack doesn't hit. Only one is a "miss chance" the other is just a chance your attack is ineffective.

You also roll twice attacking a Displaced, Blinking foe.

Any more opinions? I was hoping for maybe half a dozen so I would have some consensus to go on.

Primemover is correct. The rules are clear. Also, the "Sage" addressed this in one of his Rules of the Game articles (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/rg/20041005a).Normally, miss chances do not stack (a blur spell's 20% miss chance doesn't stack with the 50% miss chance for being completely unseen, for example). In this case, however, you could combine the incorporeal miss chance with a miss chance for attacking a concealed target because one involves uncertainty about exactly where the target is and the other involves an immaterial target that might not vulnerable to the attack at all. To stack the miss chances, check the miss chance for concealment first, then check the incorporeal miss chance; if the attacker fails either miss chance, the attack misses (to save time, you might want to check the highest miss chance first, or just roll both of them at the same time). It's probably been addressed in a FAQ or something too, but I can't remember.
