One of my friends wanted to know if he could make a character that specialized in breaking bones. The only place I've seen bone breaking is on critical hit tables, but we were talking about what if he had improved sunder (breaking weapons, why not bones too?) and took a minus to attack for certain places if it would work without having to achieve a crit. Are there any rules about it or can bone breaking only happen on Crit Hit tables? |
