I still gain 6 + 1 skills points for being a ranger. I wonder if this apply for wisdom when determining spell bonus. Do I use the enhacement bonus o my actual score without the enhancement? |

| Inigo Carmine09-19-05, 10:38 AM | The Int, Wis, Cha items do provide bonus spells, just keep in mind you have to be wearing it for at least 8 hours prior to getting your spells for that day (because a slot has to have been empty for that long, and without the item the slot doesn't exist), and if you take it off for any reason, you'll lose whatever bonus spell slots you gained. You can put it on again, but you'll have to wait 8 hours before preparing spells to fill up that slot again. The reason you're thinking that you can't is because the ability boosting spells say you can't gain bonus spells with them. This is most likely just a reminder that becasue they only last 1min/lvl, they won't last the 8 hours needed to pepare a slot, + the 1 hour to prepare spells, plus the time until you actually cast said spell. |
