| WackyOne04-12-08, 09:41 AM | I think that would be too costly - if you have the sticks (and a minimal downtime), arrows are easy to replace with the craft (fletcher) skill. I'd rather invest in a quiver of Elhonna... 60 arrows should limit the need to craft, and makes it easier to keep "speciality" arrows (from dragon-bane to funtainheads) around. You could make it a "fixed cost" upgrade for a bow but, as soon as magic ammunition becomes affordable, it will be used only if someone steals all the ranger's arrows, while leaving him the bow. |
| dman1123504-12-08, 09:45 AM | Quiver of Plenty: infinite arrows. Hank's Bow: infinite force arrows (that deal more damage). Quiver of Araniel: infinite MW arrows, and for more gp infinite arrows with an enhancement bonus (up to +5, no special abilities, so use your bow for +1 and +9 worth of special abilities. Heck, do that normally and get GMWeapon cast every morning). |
