If its +1, whats the point of making magic arrows, if its cheaper (in the long run) to make magic bows? If its +2, does masterwork bonus stack. I mean, does a +1 bow and a masterwork arrow getting +2 attack, +1 damage? or +1 attack and damage thanks

Are you playing 3.0 or 3.5? It's a different answer in each. In 3.0 the enhancement bonuses stack, so you'd have +2 to attack and damage. However... only the arrow's enhancement bonus and abilities counted for overcoming DR. So if you were attacking a creature with DR 15/+2 you would not bypass the DR. In 3.5 only the best enhancement bonus applies, so you'd have a +1 to attack and damage. To compensate for this, the enhancement bonus from the bow can overcome damage reduction. So, for example, if you had a +1 bow and normal arrows, you would still overcome DR 5/Magic. If its +1, whats the point of making magic arrows, if its cheaper (in the long run) to make magic bows? Special abilities can stack. So, for example, if you have a +1 flaming bow and +1 holy arrows, you'll get a +1 to attack and damage rolls, +1d6 fire damage, and +2d6 holy damage (assuming the target is vulnerable to fire and/or holy of course). It allows you a greater arsenal of attack features, since you can have a couple of arrows that do lots of different things. If its +2, does masterwork bonus stack. I mean, does a +1 bow and a masterwork arrow getting +2 attack, +1 damage? or +1 attack and damage thanks Masterwork grants an enhancement bonus to attack rolls, so it doesn't stack with the enhancement bonus from being magical. This is true of all weapons, not just bows or arrows.
