12-18-04, 03:33 PM I don't believe so, partially because you can add strength to hit and damage anyways.. so for 25k, you can probaly find an item that gives a better bonus, at least at early levels.

Before, they were too cheap- now their too expensive, but as a DM if someone wanted to pay that much so they could get +2 to hit and +1 damage, i'd allow it.
