09-02-04, 06:01 AM 1) being flat-footed does not cause you to lose an armor bonus to AC.

2a) an incorporeal touch attack does not bypass [Force] effects, like the one provided by Bracers of Armor and the Mage Armor spell, so an incorporeal touch attack must still defeat the armor bonus from Bracers of Armor.

2b) a touch attack (from a being who is not incorporeal) bypasses armor bonuses to AC, regardless of their source.

09-02-04, 06:02 AM I beleave you still get the bonus when flat-footed, but not touch. I am sure touch AC is Dex only.
