I've read on at least one thread on this forum that they can have armour enchantments attatched to Bracers of Armour like Slicked and Silent Moves, but would it be acceptable to get Armour Spikes atatched.

Also, do Bracers of Armour Interfere with the Wisdom bonus to AC of a Monk, or Unfettered Defence or Canny Defence of other PrC's?

It doesn't Interfere with the monk's bonus. I don't know what those other things are, but it won't prevent the bonus, unless it's written that the character can't have any armour Bonus.

You can't attach armor spikes, as this is not truely an armour.

And I'm not a fan of attaching special abilities to this item, I must say.

They are a wondrous item. They provide no Armour or Shield bonus to AC by virtue of their mundane construction, they have no ACP, ASF or any other characteristic of armour. Therefore armour spikes are not something you can fit them with. Additionally, because they are not armour, they do not interfere with a Monk's class AC bonus.

I'd allow armour enhancements on Bracers of Armour provided the person adding the enhancements has both Craft Wondrous Items and Craft Magic Arms and Armour, as per the Arms & Equipment Guide sidebar, and meets all other prerequisites.

the Arms & Equipment Guide (p. 130) shows how bracers can be enhanced with armor abilities. the rules say that bracers can go up to +13, with a cap of +8 on straight AC bonus, and also state that any armor ability with a flat cost (like slick) can be added to the bracers at the same cost.

Thanks for the tips, but theres no way to have a weapon that doesn't need to roll to hit, simply a Grapple check as Armour Spikes, without interfering with the Monks AC bonus?

It's a moot point, I think, since a Monk's unarmed damage will be higher, or much higher, than the damage from Armor Spikes.

If it's not a monk, give 'em spiked gauntlets and you're set.

Well I'm a medium Monk with Powerful build... only level one though, only wanted Stunning fist and the D8 damage, which is the a Fighter into a Reaping Mauler Justicar... and the other thread on this page says you can have Unarmed Damage AND Spiked Armour... so I guess I'll have to settle for the bonus damage I'll eventually get from Fiery fist and Fists of Iron

just a point on that bit about powerful build, it doesnt affect unarmed damage at all!
