"If you have sneak attack or sudden strike, reroll any result of 1 on the dice."

Does this mean the same thing as with the Deadly Precision feat, or is it only on attack rolls, or both?

I'd say it's referring to the actual damage rolls for the ability, since that's when you actually use sneak attack/sudden strike.

I was leaning to that conclusion because there's the Deadly Precision feat which sounds quite the same.

I wonder if the bracers ability stack with the feat, meaning you get to roll twice the ones...

Thanks for the quick reply!

Check out the 'Gloves of murder' from CAdv (or CScoundrel, can't remember) which makes you invisible for one round after a sneak attack (or equivalent ability). Bluff once and spend the next round dealing stabity death!

There's no such item in either of the books.

The item you described sounds like the Unseen Strike (assassin spell) from Complete Mage.

Ring of Vanishing from Magic Item Compendium sounds also similar.
