As per the rules in the DMG (pg. 285), how much should it cost to make the following items: Boots of Psionic Lion's Charge (PsyWar 2, Min. ML 3). Blunderbus of Scorching Ray (3 Rays) (Wiz 2, Min. CL 11) My question has to do with building Use Activated or Continuous Items that run off Instantaneous spells. You could say that the Boots cost 12,000, as they are use activated (3x2x2,000) or you could say they are 48,000 or more (3x2x2000x 4 for an item with a duration measured in rounds or less). Similarly, the Blunderbus could be 11x2x2000x2(doesn't use a slot) = 88,000, or it could be much, much more. You could also make it a Bracer (or set) for 44,000. But it could also be 176,000 (x 4 for a duration in less than rounds).
