Here are some homemade weapons for you guys.

Double bastard sword
Exotic Two-Handed Melee Weapon (Double weapon)
Type: Slashing
Dmg: 1d10/1d10
Crit: 19-20/x2.
Weight: 15 lbs
Cost: 215 gp
Although it looks like a normal two-bladed sword, the blades are longer and sharper. Some designs have their blades slightly curved. The double bastard sword is a double weapon and occurs the same penalties as fighting with two one-handed weapons in each hand.

Chained club
Exotic Two-Handed Melee Weapon (Double weapon)
Type: Bludgeoning
Dmg: 1d8/1d6
Crit: x2.
Weight: 15 lbs
Cost: 125 gp

A chained club is a iron studded club and a small mace head, linked together by a length of chain. This weapon inspires awe and terror in the street of a metropolis, as street gang members find this weapon appealing. The chained club is a double weapon and occurs the same penalties as fighting with two weapons and with a light off-hand weapon.
You can make trip attacks with the chained club. If you are tripped during your own trip attempt, you can drop the chained club to avoid being tripped.
When using a chained club, you get a +2 bonus on opposed attack rolls made to disarm an opponent (including the roll to avoid being disarmed if such an attempt fails).
This weapon can also be used as a reach weapon and can strike adjacent opponents. You may choose which head you use. You cannot use the chained club as a double weapon in the same round you're using it as a reach weapon .

Light bladed flail
Exotic One-Handed Melee Weapon
Type: Slashing
Dmg: 1d8
Crit: 19-20/x2.
Weight: 3 lbs
Cost: 20 gp

A bladed flail looks much like a normal flail, but the mace head has been replaced by a short sword blade, which can deal lethal cuts when swung. When using a light bladed fail, you get a +2 bonus on opposed attack rolls made to disarm an opponent (including the roll to avoid being disarmed if such an attempt fails).

Heavy bladed flail
Exotic Two-Handed Melee Weapon
Type: Slashing
Dmg: 1d10
Crit: 19-20/x2.
Weight: 9 lbs
Cost: 40 gp

A heavy bladed flail looks much like a light bladed flail, except the mace head has been replaced by a longsword blade. When using a heavy bladed fail, you get a +2 bonus on opposed attack rolls made to disarm an opponent (including the roll to avoid being disarmed if such an attempt fails).

Shield blade
Exotic Light Melee Weapon
Type: Slashing
Dmg: 1d6
Crit: 19-20/x2.
Weight: 3 lbs
Cost: 18 gp

A shield blade is a short sword with a 9 inches wide blade. The handle is fixed near the edge of the blade and part of the blade continues the lengthen up to the pommel, as if a blade has been chipped off a corner to affixed the handle. While wielding a shield blade, this weapon also acts a as bucker (+1 shield bonus to AC, -1 armor check penalty, 5% chance of arcane spell failure). Unlike any other shield-like weapons, you do not lose the shield bonus and, if using two shield blades, you gain an additional +1 shield bonus to AC with the Two-Weapon Defense feat. The shield function, however, requires the Shield Proficiency feat.

Dire spear
Exotic One-Handed Melee Weapon
Type: Piercing
Dmg: 1d8
Crit: x3.
Weight: 3 lbs
Cost: 15 gp

This weapon is made of a 4 feet long iron shaft with a 1 foot long sharp point at one hand. If you use a ready action to set a dire spear against a charge, you deal double damage on a successful hit against a charging character. Many phalanx soldiers favour this weapon, since they can carry a shield. Although not as powerful as a lance, some mounted soldiers use dire spears, mainly because they get to keep the same weapon in had when they must continue fighting on foot.

Dragon jaw
Exotic Light Melee Weapon
Type: Bludgeoning, Piercing and Slashing
Dmg: 1d4
Crit: x2
Weight: 3 lbs
Cost: 250 gp

This gauntlet embodies the strength of a dragon’s bite. It is an oversized gauntlet, shaped like a detailed dragon’s head, which contains a complex mechanism. This mechanism, activated by clenching a fist, snaps the jaw, much like a dragon bites a prey. Because of its bulky size, you cannot hold anything in this hand nor cast a somatic spell while wearing the dragon jaw and you cannot be disarmed. If you score a critical hit with the dragon jaw, the jaw latches onto the opponent’s body and automatically deals bite damage each round it remains attached. The wieder of a dragon jaw loses its Dexterity bonus to Armor Class, but can free itself as a free action by deactivating the mecanism. An attached dragon jaw can be struck with a weapon. To remove an attached dragon jaw through grappling, the opponent must achieve a pin against the wielder. A wielder gets a +2 bonus to sunder attemps when using a dragon jaw, as it looks like an actual dragon tearing off a blade.

Dragonclaw gauntlet
Exotic Light Melee Weapon
Type: Piercing and slashing
Dmg: 1d6
Crit: x2
Weight: 3 lbs
Cost: 50 gp

The dragonclaw gauntlet is a an iron gauntlet with claws at the tip of the fingers. Due to its bulky size, you suffer a -2 to skill checks involving that hand and a -2 to attack rolls when using another weapon while wearing the dragonclaw gauntlet. When using two gauntlet, the skill penalty is doubled and the attack penalty is doubled only when wielding a two-handed weapon. You cannot also use a shield in the same hand with the dragonclaw gauntlets

Feel free to post any comments ?

EDIT: Arranged a few stuff here and there

Cool overall I especially like the heavy bladed flail but:

Unlike any other shield-like weapons, you do not lose the shield bonus and, if using two shield blades, both bonuses stack with each other. The shield function, however, requires the Shield Proficiency feat.

This is practically the same as a dwarven buckler axe from ROS the only difference being that the critical is X3 and it weighs 4lbs, also Im unsure you can wield 2 shields at the same time.

You have a few neat ideas going here, some good flavour, you just have a few balance issues.

Double bastard sword: Strictly speaking, this is too powerful. It requires the same proficiency as a regular two-bladed sword, but deals d10/d10 damage instead of d8/d8, and increased weight/price doesn't really balance it. Maybe you could add an additional requirement that in order to take Exotic weapon proficiency: Double bastard sword, you first need to take Exotic weapon proficiency: Bastard sword.

Chain club: Interesting idea, especially as a viable alternative to the spiked chain. The only thing I'd change is that you can't use it as a double weapon in the same round that you use it as a reach weapon. A double reach weapon is too powerful, and I think there were a few 3.0 weapons that were either double weapons or reach weapons.

Blade flails: I definitely like this idea, but these weapons are the opposite of the ones above: they're too weak for an EWP. Unless there are flavour reasons to have them exotic in your campaign, change them to Martial weapon proficiency and up their damage one die each, and they'll be great.

Shield blade, Dire spear, Dragonjaw: It's all good.

Dragonclaw gauntlet: I'd be tempted to remove the penalties, as its damage & crit don't warrant them. They're quite steep. However, if you want to keep them, I'd sugget either upping the damage & crit to d8 19-20/x2, or reducing it to a MWP.

Other than those few things, good job.

Double bastard sword

1) Needs a strength reqruitement or gets a penalty to hit.
2) Needs a pre-req of already having Exotic Weapon Bastard Sword.

Chained club
Weapon already created, it had 1d6 damage for BOTH heads. To up the damage, you need to require an extra feat, probably Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Spiked Chain) first.

Light bladed flail
Fine

Heavy bladed flail
fine

Shield blade
If you want two shields to stack with each other, this should have a higher pre-req. Probably force them to take Improved Buckler Defense.

Dire spear
fine

Dragon jaw
Needs to be told that it takes a Full Round Action to unsnap a Dragon Jaw that you are wearing, and reset it so that it can be used again.

Dragonclaw gauntlet
fine

Ok, where to start...

Double bastard sword: I got the idea from the Gythka, the thri-kreen weapon from the Expanded Psionic Handbook, which deals 1d10 damage with each end. So why not a double katana ?

Chained Club: I got the idea from the Gyrspike, a longsword/heavy mace combo from the Arms & Equipment Guide, which deals 1d8/1d8 with each end. It is actually a One-handed greatclub/light mace combo.

Light/Heavy bladed flail: Glad you like the idea, you seem to dislike the damage. How about Light 1d8 and Heavy 1d10 then ?

Shield Blade: True, stacking shield bonuses isn't a fairly balanced idea. How about granting an additionnal +1 sheild bonus to AC when using the Two-Weapon Defense feat from Complete Warrior ?

Dire Spear: Glad you like it as it is. I always wanted a One-handed spear.

Dragon Jaw: The attack doesn't resolve in slamming, thrusting and cutting the opponent; it's actually biting the opponent, meaning the mecanism must be quick enough to allow multiple bites in a round. And who would want a melee weapon take can be used once every 2 rounds. If it takes a full round action to open it up, it would take an attack of opportunity, and not many fighters would want that in melee.

Dragonclaw gauntlet: I got the idea from the bladed gaunltlet from the Arms & Equipment Guide, which deals 1d6 damage. The reason of the penalty is because the gauntlets make the hands bigger and less prehentile or dexterous.

Thanks for your comments guys.

For the others, keep them coming.

Because the Gythka only has a 20/x2 crit range. Which is balanced against a double sword.

Updated the Double Bastard Sword: added a str score requirement

For the double bastard sword, I'd recommend the off hand not be considered a light weapon. It the player wants the 19-20 crit and the d10 damage, there has to be a tradeoff. I don 't think adding a STR prerequisite is going to be a tradeoff that matters because how many fighters have a STR less than 15? A difference that makes no difference isn't a difference. The STR prerequisite is no difference.

Like the Dragon Jaw idea. Nice flavour weapon to scare PCs with the fear of the unknown. A flaming Dragon Jaw would look really cool. If you wanted to add another benefit to it's use, you could give it a bonus to sundering anything that it got within its jaws.
