| Maxxim10-30-06, 02:21 PM | I'm getting a bit turned around trying to calculate some prices. This is likely common knowledge, but I don't quite get it, and I don't own a DMG. So, the table for magic weapon prices goes like this: +1 bonus 2,000 +2 bonus 8,000 +3 bonus 18,000 Now, say a particular enchantment's price is a +1 bonus. I'll use Bane as an example. A player wants a +2 sword of orc bane. Is that as simple as calling it a +3 bonus and making it cost 18,000 gold? Or, would the price be 8,000 for the +2, plus an additional 2,000, since Bane costs the price of a +1 bonus? |
