The round:

Swift action (Psionic Power Hustle to gain extra move action)
Partial charge (10 feet). Still a full-round action.
Attack.
Spring attack away using additional move.

Note you:
Satisfy requirements for Charge. (Move then attack.)
Satisfy requirements for Spring attack (Move before and after attack.)

Sounds like cheese, so I am uncertain.

Anyone?

You can't take a "partial charge" unless you are limited to a standard/move action for some reason.

The final answer is:
No, you can't combine the Charge action with Spring Attack.

Satisfy requirements for Spring attack (Move before and after attack.)No.

You fail the requirements Spring Attack, move before and after the attack, and using the Attack Action. You also fail the requirements for Charge, moving after the Charge Action.

Does PsionicPower Hustle give you an extra move action, or +30ft of movement? (And are you using the 3r revised rules for Psionics).

From the SRD:

Hustle
Psychometabolism
Level: Egoist 3, psychic warrior 2
Display: Auditory
Manifesting Time: 1 swift action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Effect: 1 extra move action
Power Points: Egoist 5, psychic warrior 3
You gain an additional move action in the current round. Taking a full round’s worth of attacks and then using this power to move away from your foe does provoke attacks of opportunity.
You can manifest this power with an instant thought, quickly enough to gain the benefit of the power before you move. Manifesting the power is a swift action, like manifesting a quickened power, and it counts toward the normal limit of one quickened power per round. You cannot manifest this power when it isn’t your turn.

Still no. You do not meet the requirements that Spring Attack be used with the attack action. And possibly you break the requirement that all movement be before a charge (although I am not sure that is the case).

Nope, this breaks several rules, as stated above.

However, you might be interested in the New Home brew Feat I put up recently called Improved Charge.

Yes. You can manifest Hustle as a swift action, use your full round action to charge, and then take your Move Action (from Hustle) to move away. This is legal. You will incur an AoO when you move away, however. Read the power, folks.

You may not be able to use the Charge & Move either. Charge has a restriction that all the movement comes before the attack. However, it would not be unreasonable (IMO) to assume that it means before the movement from the Charge Full-Round action. It probably didn't need to specify what it means because until this power, it wasn't possible to take a move action in the same round as Charge in 3r.

Small problem, spring attack requires you use "an attack action", while charge is its own action. You cant charge with spring attack because you arent useing the right type of action.
