open your DMG to the flight section and you'll see, no.

open your DMG to the flight section and you'll see, no.Downward flight, however, doubles your movement. So you could build some altitude, first, then make a prolonged dive over as little height as possible. Sure, it's no run, but it's double your movement.

I don't have find in the DMG but I foound in the monster manual that you can run while flying( p.312) *a creature can use the run action while flying, provided it flies in a straight line*. Can you give me the page where it's write in the DMG?

All I can see on that page is "Use the movement rules to apply to any sort of movement". I think you can "run" if you have a fly speed, just as you can use run to swim faster if you have a swim speed. However, you can't use run to fly faster if your flying capacity comes from magical or spell-like abilities. That's how I interpret the rules anyway...

From the Rules of the Game article:

Run

A creature using natural flying speed can use the run action. As with any other run action, the creature must move in a straight line. A flyer using the run action cannot gain more than 5 feet of altitude, but it can lose any amount of altitude, and it gains the normal bonus movement for the altitude lost (5 feet per 5 feet descended, a maximum of twice its normal flying speed.) For example, a harpy could use the run action to fly 320 feet in a straight line. While doing so, it could not gain more than 5 feet of altitude.
