Why would you think otherwise? It's just another damage multiplier. Do note that damage multiplies unusually. Instead of thinking of it as a multiplier, think of it as additive: 1) Deadly charge deals triple damage = Deadly Charge deals normal damage plus two times normal damage. 2) A lance deals double damage on a mounted charge = a lance deals normal damage plus normal damage on a mounted charge. Thus, a deadly charge with a lance deals normal damage + normal damage (lance) + twice normal damage (deadly charge) = quadruple damage. Exactly as CW says. Thus, a crit with a lance (x3) while charging and mounted (x2), using a deadly charge (x3) = (normal +2+1+2 = ) x6 damage. And so on and so forth.
