Say a thri-kreen fighter/tempest/exotic weapon master with all the prereqs, greater multiweapon fighting, oversized multiweapon fighting, weapon specialization(gythka) has a pair of gythka, each head enchanted as +1 speed, would he have an extra attack with each head, for a total number of attacks equal to 17 attacks at level 20, or does he only get 1 extra attack, as speed says it doesn't stack? They're not stacking with each other, u thrown in flurry of blows from EWM and he has 18 attacks as a full attack.

Speed can only be applied once I believe. Otherwise every fighter EVER would have boots of speed, 2 speeded weapons, armor of haste, and have spellcasters cast haste on him. All of those items require the spell Haste to be used when making them I believe. SO since it's the same spell, it can't apply again. Other wise the buff spells would own.

Though I realize the possibility of me being wrong

...as speed says it doesn't stackYou only get 1 extra attack, with 1 weapon head for the speed enhancements. Doesn't matter how many +1 speed weapons you're weilding.
TWF grants an extra attack with your second weapon.
Flurry grants it's own attack routine. [edit: grants an extra attack, not attack routine]

u thrown in flurry of blows from EWMnot sure what this does. I assume it is different from a standard monk's Flurry of blows.

Read As Written, speed gives you an additional attack with the weapon it's on. Thus, four speed weapons give you one additional attack with each weapon.

At least, that's one way of interpreting it. I can see how others can read it otherwise, but for me, it seems pretty clear.

And no, I don't want to argue about it.

Thats only partially right

The speed enchantment gives you an extra attack and you can only benefit from one extra attack a round through an speed effect.
That the attack has to be made with the enchanted weapon is a additional restriction which doesn't change that.
